Grand Opening of Tuesday Morning at Shady Oaks Shopping Center in Ocala, FL

RD Management LLC is happy to announce that the discount retailer, Tuesday Morning, has officially opened for business today in their Shady Oaks Shopping Center in Ocala, Florida. Tuesday Morning occupies 16,774 square feet at the “Main & Main” location in the center.
Shady Oaks is a 240,419-square-foot shopping center located at 2401-2499 SW 27th Avenue and College Road in Ocala. A recent $2.2 million redevelopment of the property included façade enhancements, improved parking lot configuration with additional parking spaces, and new tenant renovations.
The Shady Oaks Shopping Center is one of seven properties owned by RD Management across Florida, and one of more than 200 properties in its national portfolio. Other Florida properties RD Management has acquired, developed, and/or redeveloped include: Fern Park Plaza in Fern Park; Groves Shopping Center in Lakeland; Merchants Crossing in North Fort Myers; Seminole Centre in Sanford; and University Mall in Tampa.
