338-unit, luxury apartment community now available for lease at The Shoppes at Renaissance Square mixed-use center

RD Management LLC, one of the nation’s largest privately held real-estate development and management organizations, and Canoe Brook Development, the new development platform of the founding partners of Roseland Property Company, announced today the commencement of leasing at Inwood at Renaissance Square, a 338-unit luxury multifamily community in Evesham, New Jersey. Inwood at Renaissance Square will be managed by RHO Residential and will officially open in August 2020. Situated on Route 70 at the intersection of N. Locust Ave, it’s the perfect location for renters looking to settle in a walkable, live-work-play environment. The brand-new apartment community is part of RD Management’s mixed-use community that also includes The Shoppes at Renaissance Square, a 127,926-square-foot mixed-use center undergoing redevelopment as the company continues to diversify its portfolio.

Inwood at Renaissance Square will be the first of seven luxury apartment communities in RD Management’s multifamily portfolio to come online. The company is slated to begin leasing this summer at another luxury apartment community, The Strand, in Queens, New York.
