RD Management LLC acquires two Central Florida Properties

Shady Oaks is located in Marion County at 2401-2499 SW 27th Avenue and SW College Road (State Road 200) in Ocala, Florida 34471. The property sits on 25.5 acres at the “Main & Main” intersection in Town and contains approximately 260,419 sq. ft. of GLA. Major tenants include Best Buy, Staples, Burlington Coat Factory, JoAnn Stores and Citi Trends. The site is down the street from Paddock Mall (Macy’s, Belk, Sears & JC Penney) and Walmart SuperCenter.

As part of our repositioning plan, the Shopping Center will be getting a major façade renovation as well as improvements to the parking lot and signage.
