Evesham Mortgage signs lease at The Shoppes and Residences at Renaissance Square

RD Management LLC, one of the nation’s largest privately held real-estate development and management organizations, announced today Evesham Mortgage signed a lease at The Shoppes and Residences at Renaissance Square in Marlton, New Jersey. Evesham Mortgage will occupy 12,753 square feet of the center, which is undergoing a $70 million redevelopment.

Evesham Mortgage, a licensed mortgage banker in New Jersey, Pennsylvania, and Florida, is committed to helping its clients find the best mortgage product to fit their needs. In addition to serving clients at The Shoppes and Residences at Renaissance Square, Evesham Mortgage’s new location will also serve its branches in Bayville and Union, New Jersey; Fort Washington, Pennsylvania; and Boca Raton, Florida.

When completed, The Shoppes and Residences at Renaissance Square will be a mixed-use center encompassing 583,858 square feet of residential luxury apartments (338 units), retail, restaurants, medical, office, and commercial space. The existing New Jersey State Right-of-Way on Route 70 will be transformed into an open space and park to include jogging paths, walkways, and a pond. Current tenants include Virtua Medical Group and TD Bank. Gaetano’s Pizzeria & Cheesesteaks, Pink Petal Mani Pedi, Dunkin’ Donuts, Hair Cuttery, La Scala Italian Restaurant, and La Vez Mexican Restaurant will be joining the center. Tenants will be able to use sign panels on the proposed new pylon sign along Route 70, which will be viewed by about 37,560 cars per day.
