FINANCIAL ANALYST
Company overview:
RD Management is a private real estate company with a diversified portfolio of 15 million square feet of commercial assets under management consisting of shopping centers, multifamily residential units, hotels, self-storage facilities, office, warehouse/distribution and mixed-use properties located across the U.S. Position will be located in the Company’s corporate headquarters in midtown Manhattan, NYC.
The Analyst will:
- Analyze and execute investment and asset management strategies
- Develop flexible financial models and perform ad hoc financial forecasting, acquisitions, analyses, and modeling.
- Develop, conduct and coordinate financial analyses, reports and presentations to facilitate making important business decisions, including acquisitions and capital raising
- Conduct financial and business (e.g., industry analysis, competitive position, growth prospects) diligence and evaluate new product development and acquisitions
- Provide analytical support for debt and equity transactions, investor relations activities and the quarterly earnings process
- Will work with source data coming from company’s MRI system
- Participate in strategic planning and budget processes
- Maintain certain performance tracking metrics
- Work collaboratively with internal teams to create presentations for management, capital partners and investors
- Assist with other special projects on an ad hoc basis
The ideal candidate will have:
- A bachelor’s degree in business, finance, or economics
- 2-5 years of experience, CPA and/or MBA a plus
- Advanced Excel skills and strong modeling and financial valuation skills
- Argus knowledge and familiarity preferred
- Strong PowerPoint and presentation skills
- Strong organizational skills
- Strong quantitative skills

- Able to both take direction and show initiative as appropriate
- Comfortable with various financial reporting systems to optimize the results of a business

- Ability to learn and work with Senior management
