Planet Fitness to Open in April at RD Management’s Merchants Crossing

RD Management LLC, one of the nation’s largest privately held real-estate development and management organizations, announced today Planet Fitness will open at Merchants Crossing in North Fort Myers, Florida in April 2018. Currently under construction, the Planet Fitness will occupy 20,475 square feet of the 325,705-square-foot shopping center.

Merchants Crossing is located at 15201 North Cleveland Avenue and Pine Island Road, also referred to as U.S. Highway 41 and State Route 78. The shopping center sits at a prime intersection in the Cape Coral trade area. Planet Fitness will be joining tenants including Bealls Outlet, AMC Theatres, JOANN Fabric and Craft Stores, Dollar General, and T-Mobile. A Home Depot and Bealls Department Store are also adjacent to the property. Merchants Crossing is undergoing a complete renovation as new leases are signed.
