Additional space available for lease at the 134,797-square-foot center
RD Management LLC, one of the nation’s largest privately held real-estate development and management organizations, announced today it has completed renovations at its 134,797-square-foot Pendleton Plaza in Indianapolis, Indiana. The $175,000 renovations entailed a façade upgrade to the eastern portion of the center to highlight the smaller retail spaces.
Pendleton Plaza is located in Marion County at 7201 Pendleton Pike and Shadeland Avenue, with close access to I-465. Situated in a busy retail corridor, the center is anchored by a 62,301-square-foot Roses department store and has 950 parking spaces for guests. The shopping center is across the street from a host of fast-casual restaurants, including Waffle House, Taco Bell, Arby’s, KFC, and a McDonald’s.
“We’re excited to announce to the community that we have completed our renovations at Pendleton Plaza,” said Richard Birdoff, principal and president of RD Management. “The newly renovated facade not only makes the center highly visible from the road and more appealing to shoppers, but also retailers large and small looking to expand their footprint in the Indianapolis market. We are actively seeking new tenants that will complement Roses and enhance the overall shopping experience for local residents.”
Additional space is available for lease at Pendleton Plaza including an 825-square-foot gas station/convenience store with six pumps; a 52,586-square-foot anchor space; two retail spaces at 5,600 square feet and 12,000 square feet, respectively; and 2,400 square feet of storage space. Those interested in leasing space at the center can contact Darren Sasso at (212) 265-6600 x354 or dsasso@rdmanagement.com.
Pendleton Plaza is one of four properties owned by RD Management across Indiana, and one of more than 150 properties in its national portfolio.
