RD Management Nears Completion of $2 Million Renovation of Williamstown Shopping Center in New Jersey
January 26, 2016
RD Management LLC, one of the nation’s largest privately held real estate development and management organizations, announced today that renovations are near completion for its Williamstown Shopping Center property in Williamstown, New Jersey. The approximately $2 million renovation project began in the fall of 2014. Rockin’ Jump recently signed on to anchor 20,963 square feet of the newly renovated property.
Enhancements to the 94,452-square-foot shopping center include new roofs and a façade renovation to accommodate existing and new tenants. Conveniently located at the intersection of S. Black Horse Pike and Main Street in Gloucester County, Williamstown Shopping Center receives on average 23,000 cars in two-way traffic daily. Rockin’ Jump will join existing anchor tenants Dollar General and CVS Pharmacy.
“Williamstown Shopping Center is part of a vibrant retail corridor in an area that has seen explosive residential growth,” said Rick Birdoff, principal and president of RD Management. “We want our properties to emulate the modernity and sophistication of the shoppers we hope to attract. With these renovations, we expect to drive increased traffic, draw new tenants and, in turn, bring more business and revenue to the Williamstown community.”
RD Management owns five properties across New Jersey and has more than 200 properties in its national portfolio. In addition to the renovations at Williamstown Shopping Center, recent activity in the state includes the commencement of renovations at The Shoppes and Residences at Renaissance Square in Evesham. Other New Jersey properties RD Management has acquired, developed, and/or redeveloped include Acme Shopping Center in Old Bridge, Vineland Marketplace in Vineland, and a vacant land parcel in Mount Olive.
