RD Management Signs Lease with Fresenius Medical Care at Food Lion Shopping Center in Richmond, Virginia

RD Management LLC, one of the nation’s largest privately held real estate development and management organizations, has entered into a lease agreement with Fresenius Medical Care, a health care company focused on delivering high-quality care to people with renal and other chronic conditions, at Food Lion Shopping Center in Richmond, Virginia. RD Management will complete $2.5 million worth of site work, including the construction of the building shell and the fit-out of the 8,360-square-foot space.  Construction is anticipated to be complete by December 2016.

Food Lion Shopping Center is located with excellent roadside visibility to both Jefferson Davis Parkway and Chippenham Parkway, two major interchanges for easy east to west travel into Richmond, with over 30,000 cars passing the center daily. In addition to Food Lion, the center currently has a 4,500-square-foot pad, a 1,500-square-foot pad, and 5.23 acres available with service road connectors to Jefferson Davis Highway, making it ideal for commercial uses.
