RD Management Signs Leases With HomeGoods and T.J.Maxx at Milford Crossing in Milford, MA

RD Management LLC, one of the nation’s largest privately held real-estate development and management organizations, announced today it has signed leases with HomeGoods and T.J.Maxx at its Milford Crossing shopping center in Milford, Massachusetts. The 24,628-square-foot HomeGoods and 21,863-square-foot T.J.Maxx are expected to open in fall 2017.
Milford Crossing is located at 120-128 Medway Road at the intersection of Medway Road and Beaver Street. The 157,921-square-foot shopping center is situated off of I-495 in a bustling retail corridor, complete with an 80-foot pylon sign on Beaver Street visible to drivers on the interstate. The former Kmart on the property is currently being redeveloped and expanded for new anchors, including a Stop & Shop that is expected to open in November 2017. In addition, new 6,000-square-foot and 20,000-square-foot buildings will be constructed. The 20,000-square-foot building will include a Starbucks, Chipotle, and other retailers. Chipotle and a Starbucks with a drive-thru and outdoor seating are expected to open in the first quarter of 2018.
