RD Management Signs Six New Leases at The Shoppes and Residences at Renaissance Square in Marlton, New Jersey

RD Management LLC, one of the nation’s largest privately held real estate development and management organizations, has entered into lease agreements with Gaetano’s Pizzeria & Cheesesteaks (2,070 square feet), Pink Petal Mani Pedi (1,984 square feet), Dunkin’ Donuts (2,600 square feet), Hair Cuttery (1,050 square feet), La Scala Italian Restaurant (7,125 square feet), and La Vez Mexican Restaurant (8,800 square feet) at The Shoppes and Residences at Renaissance Square in Marlton, New Jersey. The six new tenants join current tenant TD Bank and anchor tenant Virtua Medical Group, and will occupy a total of 23,629 square feet of the 126,367-square-foot retail portion of the center, which is undergoing a $70 million redevelopment and expects to have its first occupants open by summer of 2017.

Located at the highly-trafficked intersection of Route 70 and North Locust Avenue, The Shoppes and Residences at Renaissance Square will be a mixed-use center that is situated on the property formerly known as Tri-Towne Plaza. The redeveloped property will contain 583,858 square feet of residential luxury apartments (338 units), retail, restaurants, medical, office, and commercial space. The portion of the mixed-use facility that faces Route 70 will be converted into an open space park complete with new jogging paths, walkways, and a pond.
