RD Management Welcomes Storming Crab to Marketplace at Rivergate in Nashville, Tennessee

Boil cajun seafood restaurant chooses center for its third location
RD Management LLC, one of the nation’s largest privately held real-estate development and management organizations, announced today a lease agreement with Storming Crab at its Marketplace at Rivergate shopping center in Nashville, Tennessee. Storming Crab will occupy 4,800 square feet of the 111,835-square-foot shopping center and is expected to open in late summer/early fall of this year.
Marketplace at Rivergate will host the third Storming Crab location in the United States and the second in Tennessee. The other two Storming Crab restaurants can be found in Clarksville, Tennessee and Clarksville, Indiana. Storming Crab’s menu features a variety of options including blue crab, shrimp, clams, mussels, lobster, crawfish, as well as an assortment of crab legs. The restaurant is known for its boil cajun seafood served in a large plastic bag inside of a bucket, Lowcountry-style. Storming Crab prepares its food with high-quality ingredients. Diners flock to the seafood restaurant for its exquisite Louisiana-style cooking and fun, family-friendly southern atmosphere.

Marketplace at Rivergate is located just northeast of downtown Nashville on 2125 Gallatin Pike and Conference Drive. Situated across from Rivergate Mall and adjacent to Shoppes at Rivergate, Marketplace at Rivergate is surrounded by popular big-box retailers such as Macy’s, Dillard’s, JCPenney, Sears, Bed Bath & Beyond, DSW, and Ashley Furniture HomeStore. Marketplace at Rivergate’s newly renovated facade is seen by an average of 43,790 cars per day on the heavily trafficked U.S. Route 31E. Storming Crab will join current tenants including Oak Factory Outlet, Harbor Freight Tools, Panda Express, Plato’s Closet, and Ryan’s Buffet.
