Ripco Real Estate Secures Trio of Leases at Waterview Marketplace for Orangetheory Fitness, Homesense and the Paper Store; Combined Leases Totaling Over 40,000 Square Feet

Slated to Open in Late 2018, New Shopping Center in Parsippany, New Jersey Attracting Top-Tier Roster of Tenants Including Whole Foods Market and Ulta Beauty
Ripco Real Estate (Ripco), RD Management and JMF Properties today announced that Orangetheory Fitness, Homesense and The Paper Store have signed three separate leases totaling over 40,000 square feet at Waterview Marketplace, a 150,150 square foot community shopping center located in Parsippany, New Jersey. The three renowned brands will join Whole Foods Market and Ulta Beauty when the center opens its doors to the public in late 2018/early 2019.
A team of Ripco and RD brokerage professionals, including Alison Horbach, Curtis Nassau and Darren Sasso represented ownership in the separate transactions.
- Homesense is a home concept brand that offers on-trend and high-quality home merchandise. Homesense is owned by TJX Companies whose subsidiaries also include TJ Maxx, Homegoods and Marshalls. Jerry Welkis of Welco Realty represented Homesense.
- The Paper Store is a family-owned specialty gift store with over 70 locations along the Northeast corrido. John Auber of The Auber Group represented the Paper Store.
- Orangetheory is a personal training and interval fitness concept that is sweeping the nation. Brian Battista of Jeffery Realty represented Orangetheory.
